The Becoming a Grandparent / Caregiver class runs for 2 hours from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. For this series, please have a doll or a stuffed animal to practice bathing, diapering, feeding, burping and holding a baby. Also have a baby blanket or towel and if you can, a diaper and wipes or washcloth.  

For the safety portion of the class, you can either use a doll or stuffed animal for the hands-on practice or you can order a kit from the American Heart Association which has a blow up doll. This doll could be shared with the parents taking the Living With Baby class to learn infant CPR and choking.
