The Lamaze Childbirth series is 2 classes, each lasting 2 ½ hours from 6:30 to 9:00PM. Please wear comfortable clothing. A birthing ball is perfect for this class. Please join the Zoom session where you can recline and sit comfortably.

There are two classes in the Infant Care and Safety series. Each class runs for 2 ½ hours from 6:30 to 9:00PM. For this series, please have a doll or a stuffed animal to practice bathing, diapering, feeding, burping and holding a baby. Also have a baby blanket or towel, a diaper and wipes or washcloth. 

For the second class, the Safety Class, you can either use a doll or stuffed animal for the hands-on practice, or you can order a kit from the American Heart Association which has a blow up doll. This doll could be shared with grandparents or a caregiver to learn infant CPR and choking.
